The Historic Westside Village Festival was designed to provide an affordable outlet to sell your products and services, while branding your business to the market you specifically want to reach. Unlike other festivals you may have participated in our festival supplies you with multiple visibility outlets so you won’t be overlooked at the festival and people will know where to find you! NEW HWVFESTIVAL GREEN POLICY
Food Vendors may now serve Styrofoam at the Historic Westside Village Festival
Styrofoam collection bins will be placed on the festival grounds and collected to be recycled. Food Vendors who use Styrofoam to serve their delectables may continue to do so without the expense of replacing the product and the Historic Westside Village Festival may continue in its endeavor to be a Green Festival.
Cooking Oil Collection
In addition we are collecting the cooking oil used by our food vendors to be recycled for bio-fuel. All used plastic bottles and paper will also be collected in recyclable bins placed throughout the festival grounds.
We aim to be eco-vigilant recyclers and make this a rewarding experience for our Vendors!
This event provides all festival participants; sponsors, vendors, performers, volunteers and media with the exciting details of the Historic Westside Village Festival. Held at the festival event location at 590 North Avenue you will understand how your business can benefit from being involved, the unique marketing startegies of how we will attract thousands of attendees, establish ongoing year round visibility around the event and see the indoor/outdoor areas where the festival will be held. The time has come, it’s almost here and we all want to make sure we put on the best Festival ever! The Historic Westside Village Festival invites all participating Sponsors, Vendors and Media to participate in this Vendor Orientation to review rules and set up specs prior to the Festival Day on September 20th & 21st. Afterwards we will network amongst each other and get a chance to make beneficial links to further your individual business goals! Food and beverages will be served.
