VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are the anchor for any successful event and we need your help!

 

There are several areas around the Historic Westside Village Festival where you can use your experience or gain experience. Make meaningful connections with the diverse people participating in this extravaganza, lunch and receive a Festival T-Shirt! To sign up for volunteering register below and come to the Festival Orientation on June 5th or email Tracy Taylor at Volunteer@StimulateAmerica.org   ​
Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
 
  • The Kids Zone-Manage an activity in the Kids Zone.
  • HWVF Information- Answer guests general questions about the HWVFestival and intake of lost of found.
  • Vendor Relations-Work with the Vendor Manager to ensure the needs of the vendors are met.
  • Seminar Registration-Register attendees in the indoor section of the HWVFestival.
  • The Green Squad (Environmental)- Help to make sure the HWVFestival remains enviromentally friendly.
  • Performer Relations & Handling-Work with our Seminar Panelists and Performers to ensure they are on time and all their needs are met.
 
FULL DAY AND 4 HOUR SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE-CREDITS PROVIDED FOR STUDENTS WHERE APPLICABLE
